miley by far. the dress doesn’t look bad on either of em and they both made a mistake that detracts from the appeal.
miley’s boots suck. but she’s a kid and the boots are kiddy, so she gets a pass.
tori’s tights suck. tights under a skirt is the least sexy thing ever.
ladies, don’t wear tights under your skirts. please. men like your legs. we also like the fact than infinitesimal as it may be, there’s a chance that skirt might blow up and we get to see something a lil naughty. i realize that’s an incredibly sexist statement but it’s brutally true. take away that chance and you may have well as worn a pants suit.
