LeAnn Rimes wore her silver Julia Clancey dress to the C-nty Music Awards. She wore her hair down, 20’s style, and finished her look with a striking red lip. Whereas Stephanie Pratt stayed drunk-looking and seemed to have tripped and fallen into her ill-fitting shiny number for Fashion Week.
