Michael Barrett the alleged Erin Andrews peeping tom/ stalker pleads not guilty.
The man accused of being the peeping tom who secretly filmed Erin Andrews in her hotel, naked and without her knowledge, pleaded not guilty to one count of interstate stalking. The creep was accused of getting his kicks from drilling holes in hotel walls and secretly filming the naked ESPN reporter.
Michael Barrett faces a maximum of five years in federal prison if convicted. Barrett is free after posting a $100,000 bond. His trial will start Jan. 12, 2009.
