The peeping tom in the Erin Andrews case, Michael David Barrett, admitted his guilt. Barrett admitted that he was a second grade peeping tom, and that’s why he drilled holes in hotel walls to spy on ESPN’s Andrews. Barrett’s lawyer issued a statement, in which he claimed his client was SOWWY for being such a sick creep who took illegal sessy pictures of someone without their consent.
Having pled guilty to one count of interstate stalking Barrett faces up to five years in prison, three years probation, and a $250,000 fine.
