There is one coming out every few days. This stuff does not even shock me anymore. People who watch Grey’s know who he is – it’s a pretty big deal… the speed with which lawyers get involved reflect the size of the celeb. Gawker got a takedown notice pretty quick.

Gawker don’t generally give a crap about DMCA notices. They keep post up anyway, out of “public interest”. The video could stay up as planned…

…and as I said, for now, the link works and I have seen Gawker ignore DMCAs/ take downs before. It’s not that big a deal for an agency that size. Trust me. I also linked to the same TMZ article as Gawker did in the story.
