Portia de Rossi is a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Part 1
Ellen DeGeneres gave the cutest interview ever, when she bought onto her show Mrs Ellen, Portia de Rossi.
De Rossi was on the talk show show in order to promote her new programme ‘Better Off Ted’. (I was too distracted by how adorable the pair were to really pay attention to the promo at the start of clip 2, below.)
The married couple danced together, joke squabbled about who was taller and announced their 7-month anniversary.
This is oddly tear jerking. They talked in brief about their wedding day. You know what, I’d forgotten how beautiful their wedding photos were!
Speaking of their marriage, and before I forget, I hear that the pair’s nuptuals may be in jeopardy. The latest development in Cali’s gay marriage laws mean the couple’s headline making union could be voided within three months. That is, unless the seven California justices overturn Prop 8.

I can’t thank you enough for posting this! I really wanted to watch Portia on the show and I completely forgot. I’m watching Ellen right now too.

I love Ellen. I should really watch her show. I don’t like television and don’t usually watch anything unless I’m a captive audience; I was in a doctor’s waiting room and they had the Ellen show on. She was talking about Christmas decorations, and it was a fairly long bit and relatively bland (I realize after I’d typed it all out here) but when she got to the part about the mechanical reindeer in someone’s yard and her dog interpreted the reindeer’s bobbing head as an act of aggression, I LOST IT in the waiting room, could not stop laughing. My son was so embarrassed he went outside.
They say most comedians are, underneath, mean, ugly, vicious people and I agree that most of them probably are, but I think Ellen is probably the exception to that “rule.” I’d love to meet her.
