So, Ed Westwick says that he is sick of the persistent and widely disseminated rumours that he and his Gossip Girl co-star/ flatmate Chace Crawford are gay lovers.
The rumours have been around since the start of the show and I am pretty sure a lot of people are buying it. I make fun of the pair, but am too loathe to believe pieces of arse that fine are hitting each other. It would just be too sad a fact to accept and I cannot handle the thought, nor could I sleep soundly at night knowing it were true.
Westwick is a doer though, you know. Rather than lay back and take it (yeah baby), the British actor says that it may be a good move for him to be caught shagging some chick in public; maybe then people would stop calling him gay.
Not that it makes any actual difference, to me or his fans. But the gay rumours are bothering him enough for him to come out with this little beauty, “I made out with a girl in public. Maybe I need to have sex in public with a woman. That one’s still on the list. Still haven’t ticked that one off. Well, I have, but they haven’t seen me. Not George Michael public.”
He continues, “It’s funny because I love this f***ing dude dearly. I would die for this f***ing dude. He’s my brother. But, by God, we are so into our women it’s ridiculous. But what are you going to do about it? Get p***ed off and stay home and cry about it?”
