Michael Lohan went and got himself arrested for the exact same thing as back in December 2009. He called some chick on the telephone and got his ass thrown in jail, again. Mainly because the chick was his ex, Erin Muller, and she still has a protective order barring him from making contact. For some reason Lohan doesn’t understand why he cannot pick up his telephone and harass his ex.
Anonymously twittering the poor woman to death could perhaps be a good way of side-stepping the legal restraints. Or, if he really wants her attention/ to get under her skin, he could bombard her with Facebook friend fequests or constantly update her with retarded-ass Farmville updates every damn half-an-hour.
According to Erin’s attorney, Bryan Konoski, Lindsay Lohan’s father allegedly called Erin at work on January 21, a violation of Erin’s restraining order against him. Nassau County Police Department tells TMZ Michael was arrested today and booked for criminal contempt. [courtesy of TMZ]
