Drea de Matteo is the latest cast member to join Desperate Housewives.
Better known as the chick with tattoos on her knuckles/ with more botox in her face than Nicole Kidman, the actress has presumably been bought in to fill the slutty void left be Nicollette Sheridan’s character Edie Britt.
The only show I ever saw this chick in is Joey. Watching Joey was like having a colonic, but produced slightly more turds. This natural beauty’s talent was allowed to roam in the wild and she got to show her three faces – which encompass her emotional rage. For those yet to witness this acting talent, those faces include; stabby, stabbier and stabbiest. What a hot b*tch.

This girl is like a slightly hotter version of a man in drag. She’ll kick my ass for saying it, but it’s true.
I remember her from The Sopranos and Swordfish. Her roles are a little pigeonholed, but she plays them pretty well. She was pretty hot in Sopranos.
I never saw either, but you are right. And with a face like that, a homegirl is going to get typecast.
I think Drea’s a perfect choice for a diva, she’s just so rough around the edges though and she’s hard on the eyes.
