I know I was bit late to the party on this one, but I spent most of my weekend in a drunken stupor. Thus, I forwent anything that resembled actual journalism, until I had sweated out most of the vodka from my system, courtesy of my Yogalates DVD [Website – Amy Grindhouse].
Heather Locklear, was pulled over in the Santa Barbara area, as officers felt she was driving under the influence.
According to TMZ:
TMZ has learned Heather Locklear was arrested yesterday on suspicion of driving while impaired. Locklear was pulled over while driving in the Santa Barbara area.
Law enforcement officers tell us alcohol was not involved, however they are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs. We’re told she was released on her own recognizance, without having to post bail.
P.S. At least one of the cops that arrested Locklear was a total d*ck. He was taking pictures of her using his camera phone during the arrest!
