Reports of plane-crash survior DJ AM escaping a second crash are not true, according to his rep. The DJ, real name Adam Goldstein, was reported to have been booked on the Continental flight that crashed in Buffalo and killed 49 people, but cancelled last minute because he had “a bad feeling about what may happen if he stayed on board”.
I read about this story, but it sounded like such an unconscionable pile of horse shit that I could not even be bothered to post it. I talk shit sometimes but that is more for my own amusement; when I have a really bad feeling about a story, it’s usually cos it is just plain untrue. So, seems I was right and the Goldstein was never even booked on the flight in the first place.
“DJ AM was never booked on the Continental flight that crashed last month, in fact he was performing that evening in NYC. That crash nor the one he was involved in, has prevented him from flying – although he has tremendously scaled back his east coast residencies to focus on his recovery.”
Not sure how this rumour originated, but soooo glad it is not true. Stay safe DJ AM!

This is just the kind of rumor I’m sure he was elated to hear about. How awful!!
I smelled shit a mile off. Didn’t think it was true. But, I fall into traps sometimes.
When I think something has only a grain of truth, I will confess as much in my post. If it’s BS I don’t post it and then when all is revealed I explain to people why I overlooked the story (I even ignore huge stories when I think they are lies).
