I think that all the thing behind my dear Brit is the sadness where she lives on. She won´t let her sadness for a long time, and this has a reflection on her live appearences. It would be OK if she had something to keep her doing her thing, her kids are not enough. I still think that she has so much feelings for Justin that knowing he is at ease ( or seems to be) is something hard to do and hard to face.
It´s just my opinion, nothing more. I really wanted them to be happy together, and see the happiness in their eyes…

I thought the German one was horrible and awkward, and then the French one rocked. But she does look like she is waiting for something. In rehearsals she looked awesome but I don’t know… I’m sad for Brit Brit…I know she’ll come back like crazy after Tuesday. I bet my Cheetos on it…

Wow, hadn’t seen the performance until clicking on your clip. Thought that comes to mind, amateurish. Seriously the dance sequences looked like they were choreographed for a non-dancer. Nothing like the overly polished, fluid moves of by-gone Brit performances. I feel a tad sorry for her but, hey, she’s an adult and free will plays into our choices at some point. She has enough money and resources at her disposal that she can do something other than the entertainment bit. If she’s as unhappy as the snippets from her documentary would have us believe, the change would do her good. Seriously, every talentless celebspawn known to man has some sort of “designer clothing/accessory” line. Try that for a spell.

It takes an army to pull together a comeback like this one. There is no limit to the number of people needed to poke, prod and then push Spears back onto the stage.

Spears is hard wired to perform but watching these performances makes me question whether she is really ready yet…

I had to comment since I was commenting to my spouse yesterday after spying a photo of Brit leaving the German Awards. I was thinking – how many people does it take to get someone into shape like that (whether trainers, surgeons, chefs, etc). We decided a lot, and a little starvation too, then probably some uppers to get you lively enough to perform. Not saying that is the issue, just a lot of these performers seems to go from out of shape to amazingly fit in a matter of weeks and then everyone questions why they are loopy. Even body builders talk about how they spit into a jar for hours before a competition to make weight, and dehydrate enough to pop out their muscles more – and how taxing that is on the system – why would it be any different.

I feel sorry for her to a certain extent, I mean we have free will and all and she has made her choices – but they are always scrutinized and how much of who she is – is a product of how and who raised her?
