There are mixed reports about how Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher spent this weekend. I think a bunch of outlets are just pontificating out loud or fabricating at this point since, evidently, Moore and Kutcher can’t be bothered to take legal action to stop them. And they’re not denying the weekend’s main reports.
People.com reports that Kutcher and Moore attended Friday services at the Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles for a second week in a row: ‘Kutcher greeted his wife with a hug post-services… Together, Kutcher, 33, and Moore, 48, spoke with a number of people before walking out with their arms wrapped around the other’s waists. The Two and a Half Men star was spotted affectionately leaning down to talk to the actress, who was quiet and appeared tired. Neither of the pair’s reps have responded for comment about the status of their relationship.’
The creative fiction dept. at The Daily Mail isn’t as optimistic, claiming that on the same Friday as they were tactile and ‘affectionate’ Moore visited with a divorce attorney. This is based on the word of some random who’s probably never met the couple, make of it what you will. ‘Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce,’ said the source. ‘The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets. She is worth about £97 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered… She desperately wanted to save their marriage, but the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to deny because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying. Miss Moore reportedly agreed to go to Kabbalah counselling sessions with Kutcher. But it hasn’t worked. She is done with him.’ Sounds like Moore played nice and when their latest conselling session was done she consulted with her lawyer.
