Demi Lovato’s Fame Didn’t Cause Her Problems

Rather than throwing Mickey Mouse under the bus as the proto-Pimp Momager he is, Demi Lovato is taking responsibility for her actions which sits about as well with me as Lindsay Lohan driving herself around. I need these people to blame other people or I’m out of a job. STOP BEING ALL GROWN UP LIKE YOU’RE PEOPLE, LOVATO! YOU’RE NOT PEOPLE! Anyways, she’s blaming herself (and her handlers in a previous interview) for turning to cocaine, self-harm, and drink. Although she’s blaming no one for this outfit. She told Slate Magazine: ‘You can’t prevent anyone from going down the wrong road. If they’re going to have an eating disorder, they’re going to have an eating disorder. If they’re going to do this, they’re going to do that… I don’t really think fame has a lot to do with it. I think it adds some pressure and sometimes it makes the problem a little bit worse. But for me, I had been struggling with those issues beforehand, and unless you’re in a good place when you start working, I think that it’s kind of inevitable for these things to happen.’ Photos of Lovato in Miami yesterday.

If Lohan was capable of learning she could learn “a thing or 12″ from a 3 yr old.
