Daniel Bark was arrested at 6p.m. on Sunday after having been charged with causing the death of Alexis Cohen by way of reckless driving. The 23-year-old is said to have collided with Cohen, who can be seen above during one of her two unsuccessful American Idol auditions, and then left the scene of the crime.
The popo say Bark killed Cohen with a 2005 Mitsubishi Gallant and left the scene of the Saturday accident. He could face 10-15 years in prison if he is found guilty. Bail was set at $35,000.
