Christina Aguilera has admitted that the n00d photos leaked today were just that… leaked. And REAL. I totally thought some of the images, the ones in which she’s not fully made-up, may not have been her. Turns out I was wrong, and she sought the council of her lawyers. I’m not sure how wise it is to admit, out of the gate, that the images are real. However, that’s what she’s doing, because Burlesque isn’t going to become the poor man’s Showgirls on its own. According to TMZ and People magazine, Aguilera is furious about the leak and she’s at the ‘statement issuing’ stage (that comes before the ‘blaming’ and ‘arresting’ stages). ‘The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina’s personal stylist’s account,’ reads a statement from the singer’s spokesperson. ‘The photos were taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera’s home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist.’ So far as legal action, ‘We are attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively.’
