Chris Noth, 54, who is set to feature in the upcoming movie, Sex and the City 2, announced that he has become engaged to long-term girlfriend, Tara Wilson, 27.
Noth and Wilson have a son together, who was born in January 2008, Orion Christopher Noth. Around the time their son was born, the two were hit with wedding rumours. But, I guess it makes more sense this way… perhaps we can assume the wedding will happen around the time the movie comes out, thus ensuring maximum exposure.

Gurl, Chris Noth isn’t of Sex and the City 2, he’s from the entire series! From the television show and of course the new movies, SATC 1 and 2.
He’s also been with Tara since like 2004, some say 2002. This wasn’t about promotion for the movie, but you’re right, getting married around the time that the SATC sequel is released is great promotion. But I doubt he even cares.
Don’t mean to sound bitchy, if I do, I just like this couple. Totally legit and totally under the radar.

Sigh, of course I’m aware he was in the entire series and the film, I watched them. He is also in Sex and the City 2. I know, as I’ve seen photos of him on the set. I mentioned SATC 2 as that’s his latest project that people on this site would have been reading about. That’s not an uncommon method of mentioning an actor. Others use it too. So?
Also, I said above that they’ve been together as a long-term couple… I was only making a point.
