Chloe Sevigny is not dating Pauly D, despite some hilarous reporting to the contrary. You may recall, there were pictures of the Jersey Shore reality star and the Big Love actress sitting next to each other at a Knicks game, in early January. As we learnt from Gyllensquints, sitting next to each other is the same as dating. Matching clothing is the same as dating. And staging photo opportunities is the same as dating. It’s like the Ke$ha rule, but with 100% less taint. Sevigny has finally spoken about the rumours. Clarifying that she and Pauly D are not a couple. She used funnier wording than I could have managed for her denial, ‘No [we're not dating], but I wish, because that would be hilarious. That would be the weirdest couple in the world. It would be like the apocalypse,’ she told Interview Magazine. ‘I think it’s because we’re both kind of extreme. We represent extremes, in opposite directions,’ Sevigny added. ‘So for us two to come together, it would be a very strange meeting of the minds or colliding of two worlds. I haven’t watched that many episodes, but of the ones I have… if I were to pick one of the dudes on the show, I’d definitely pick him.’ Pardon me?
