Charlie Sheen has been channeling his inner Chris Brown and getting slap-happy on his wife, Brooke Mueller. Domestic violence is the Christmas gift that keeps on giving. The has-been wrapped his fist in a pretty pink bow, as a gift to his wifey. Little did he know that she was allergic to being slapped and she called the popo to have him carted away. Sheen was taken into custody 11:20 AM Christmas day, after police responded to a drunken 911 call from Mueller at their home in Aspen, Colorado. He was accused of two felonies and one misdemeanor charge, relating to domestic violence; second-degree assault, felony menacing, and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. She did not require transport to hospital. Sheen claims his wife was the aggressor and he acted in self-defence. He was still booked, under his Government name of Carlos Irwin Estevez.
Luckily the pennies earned during Sheen’s career of yesteryear has garnered $8,500 worth of interest. The exact amount that of his bond, when he was released. At least one of these two crazies was sauced during the attack, as evidenced by their breath tests. Mueller’s blood/ alcohol was .13, legally drunk, where Sheen registered at .04, sober. Police are considering whether Mueller’s recanting of her story just before the bail hearing should be taken into account. They’re still pursuing the case for the moment. Sheen’s court date is February 8.

I can’t remember his previous crimes, but this does seem like she may have been the aggressor. Assuming he didn’t do overboard, the self-defense angle is fair. I see this case going away, real soon. Hmmm….
