Pink used her official Twitter page to express her distaste at one of her songs being used on American Idol. The American Idol Top 13 paid a tribute to the singer on the show finale by singing her tune ‘So What?’. However, the chart topper was not happy about amaters butchering her music.
On her official Twitter Pink said, “I heard it thru the grapevine that someone butchered my song last night on tv…. does that mean ive ‘made it?’ lol.” (via Pink’s Twitter)

i didn’t catch it. but the way they’ve been butchering everyone’s songs on there since the show started would piss me off, too.
wonder if she gets paid for them using it. sounds like she doesn’t since she didn’t even know they used it. i bet that’s why she’s really pissed…lol
I doubt she owns her own material, as that is how the industry works, so it’s unlikely anyone would have run it past her. Sucks to be someone hoping to be credible and amateur tweens are making a mockery of you.
I don’t understand how people can watch that show.
Thankfully it seems no one did, the ratings this year were the lowest ever!
