Famous clients of plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan have given their reactions to the news that he died, yesterday, in a car crash. Ryan is known to most on this site as the guy who inflated Heidi Montag and screwed with her face until she was unrecognisable. As reported earlier, the 50-year-old died when his jeep went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway and crashed onto rocks below. The official cause of death, determined by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s office at today’s autopsy, was blunt force trauma. Ryan had sustained a fatal head injury during the crash. Some of the people he worked on included Montag and Adrianne Curry, who gave the Twitter statements above. He also worked on Janice Dickinson, who spoke through a rep (in order to deliver a rather impersonal-sounding statement about the tragedy) ‘Janice is deeply, deeply anguished. She is stunned and wants the world to know what a genius [he] was.’
