Celebrity New Year’s Resolutions For 2009

Celebrities including Ashlee Simpson, Britney Spears and Kanye West have revealed their New Year’s Resolutions for 2009 [Website –Amy Grindhouse].

Ashlee Simpson: “All my focus is on my son. Every day, being a better mom and learning with him. It’s an incredible experience.”

Britney Spears: “I would like to stop worrying so much because I worry all the time. And to learn how to be happier, just in general. And to stop biting my nails!”

Kanye West: “My resolution is to be as nice as possible to the press.”

Spencer Pratt: “To stop eating pizza every day. I think my wife [Heidi Montag's] resolution will make that happen. She says she’s going to cook.”

Eva Longoria: “To give up meat.”

Kathy Griffin: “To eat more carbs!”

Cameron Diaz: “I have always had the same New Year resolutions: to stop smoking, to start wearing a bra and to stop shopping.”

I think this is a good solid list for the most part, although Spencer Pratt missed a trick, as I don’t see the word DOUCHE anywhere in his quote. It would have been less effort to just write “I will be less of a douche” 10 times on a piece of paper and staple it to his forehead. I’m less concerned about his diet than of his ASSholiness. 

In addition, I am pretty sure Kanye has already broken his resolution and is somewhere CAPS BLOGGING about a flack who got on his nuts. Unless someone is going to handcuff his hands behind his back and confiscate his MacBook Air, I’m pretty sure there is about as much chance of him being nice, as there is me letting all my sex-slaves out of my basement.
