Zack Morris from Saved By The Bell, played by actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar, appeared on Jimmy Fallon last night.
The actor was there to pimp out his own sh*t as he has (apparently) picked up other acting jobs since the late 1990s. But who cares about that when you get to watch the video above and indulge your inner squealing fangirl/ boy.
I remember this show like I remember the chicken pox. It was the shiznit and it single handedly dictated my wardrobe and mangled speech patterns for the better part of half-a-decade. Don’t look at me like that. I know you had the rolled down socks too. You remember, the ones where your mother thought you had mental issues when you cried at being given actual ankle socks rather than the knee socks you wanted to scrunch up.
Sporting his trademark blonde ‘do, white hightop sneakers and faded jeans, he insisted he was Zack Morris from Saved by the Bell — there to promote his alter ego’s TNT show Raising the Bar. With a few time-outs, a performance of the Zack Attack song “Friends Forever” and a call to Jessie Spano on his huge cell phone, the star committed to a Saved by the Bell reunion on the show. (The only two stars yet to agree to the reunion are Tiffani Thiessen, who played Zack’s girlfriend Kelly Kapowski and Dustin Diamond, who played nerd Screech Powers.) “Like a class reunion?” he asked. “Well sure, I’d love to see the old gang again!” (via Us Weekly)
