Rihanna Rude Boy Music Video: Preview, Photos

Teaser pictures for Rihanna’s Rude Boy music video were released a few days ago. Now we have a sneak peek of the video to go along with the photos. Before all the Rihanna stans go wetting their Alien Princess RiRi pyjamas and have to dry out their matching Alien Princess RiRi bed sheets, you should know this is only a teaser. Do me a favour and breathe into this paper bag with a picture of RiRi on it, slowly… 1, 2, 3. Repeat after me; it’s only a teaser but the video will be on and poppin’ real quick. The video will be debuting on Vevo.com this Thursday (but leaking online before then, no doubt). If it leaks sooner, I’ll post.

Rihanna Wears Half an Outfit at Pepsi Fan Jam

From these photos of Rihanna performing live at the Pepsi Fan Jam on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, yesterday, I gather the no pants trend is nearly over.

Nearly over, as in she’s wearing one of her two pant legs. That’s the most pant legs I’ve seen her wear in some time. She also appears to be covering one of her boobs, which is the most coverage I’ve seen those things get in some time. The singer is wearing a cut-out catsuit that makes me think of the black half-catsuit worn by Shakira in the She Wolf music video (below, for comparisom). One arm, one sleeve, one boob, one ass cheek, and most of their crotch hanging out. At least Rihanna has the good manners to cover her remaining boob with a strapless bra. And cover her bare leg with fishnet stockings. Her booty’s still kinda hanging out, but bish works out. I’m not even mad at her.

For those more into fashion than me, Rihanna is wearing an outfit designed by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn and her white shoes are by Alexandre Vautier.

Red Carpet Photos for Grammy Awards 2010

The red carpet fashion for the 52nd annual Grammy Awards, 2010, was just as ass-tastic and lethal on your eyes as you had imagined it being. If people weren’t wrapping themselves up in tin foil and glitter and being done with it (yes, I’m looking at you, Lady GaGa), they were wearing what looked to be identical to performance outfits we’d seen in the past, or they were a flat out fizzle.

Be sure to either pop in your Photoshop-effect contact lenses to iron out the worst offenders, or smear some Vaseline over your eyeballs so even the worst red carpet fashions can be viewed with that other-worldly fuzzy glow.

The attendees at the Grammy Awards who walked the red carpet included, Lady GaGa, Mary J. Blige, Fergie, Beyonce who looked like she’d lost a fight with a glitter gun and it went off in her hair, ew, Rihanna who looked too adorable, Adam Lambert, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Snooki (can I get a collective eye-roll), Carrie Underwood’s new weave, Jennifer Hudson, and Jennifer Lopez striking the same pose and constipated face as always. Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala Party Pictures

Before the main festivities kicked off, a bunch of people got dressed up to get crunk at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy pAArty. The gala took place on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, to honour Universal Music Group CEO Doug Morris with a host of performers. The celebrities who climbed out of bed and tripped and fell into their best glad rags included Taylor Swift, Slash in the same outfit he’s been wearing for the last decade along with some replaceable bish, Sheryl Crow, Ne-Yo, Joe Jonas, Usher, Mya who is still under the impression she’s having a career revival, post-virginity Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle Deleasa, Bon Jovi and his purdy-ass family, Fergie, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna and Ciara who looked like they were sharing (bad) styling tips, Jennifer Hudson, Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Carrie Underwood, Jay-Z and Jamie Foxx.

Chris Brown is Still Making Awesome Choices

Chris Brown is not my favourite person, but this made me want to offer him some motherly advice. That advice would have been preceded by my developing a drinking problem, and slurring something about loving others, but it’d still be pretty good. The singer and chronic over-dresser was photographed for this tasteless snap. He posed alongside famed fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier, who wore the make-up for a warrior-themed runway show. Brown did what his anger management taught him to, and went to his happy place, smiled, and ignored the fake bruising. He didn’t smack anyone/ get put up charges, so, to be honest, he’s probably smiling because he thought he got away with something.

Rihanna May Be Dating Another Violent Abuser

Rihanna sticks to her type of man, like I stick to my type of candy. At this point, I’m a big girl and can buy myself as much candy as I want. Whenever I want. If a candy won’t stick to the roof of my mouth and then send me into a sugar-induced coma then I ain’t buying. In that vein if a guy doesn’t have either a questionable past, or flat-out anger management issues, Rihanna’s not letting him grab her tushy in front of the paps and then pretend to be just good friends.

The singer has been dating LA Dodgers player Matt Kemp for around one month. The couple have been playing grab-ass on rented yatchs, and playing coy with the media. According to new reports, Kemp may have just as nasty a temper as the MJ-wannabe woman-beater whose name shall not be spoken here.

From Yahoo News (via Celeb Slam): Rihanna, 21, is currently dating LA Dodgers star Matt Kemp, and an ex-girlfriend of his, actress Felisha Terrell, 30, has revealed his violent past and claims that she took a restraining order out against him in June 2008.

“He is violent and I am afraid. He repeatedly made me scared and gets in my face. He is threatening to take all the items I purchased and try to destroy my property,” the Mirror quoted her as saying. “He brings his friends driving up and down the street to try and intimidate me. I am very fearful. He has other people calling me and stalking me.”
