Chilling photos have been released showing the backyard that Jaycee Lee Dugard and her two daughters shared, as they were held captive by Philip Garrido.

The photos show how the squalid backyard jail of Jaycee Lee Dugard, 29, and her daughters, aged 11 and 15, was kept private and out of the view of Garrido’s neighbours.

Dugard was abducted 18 years ago, aged only 11. She was imprisoned in the makeshift shack, as seen in the gallery. For near two decades no one knew she and her two daughters lived there. They only had basic utilities and the children were not even allowed to see a doctor. Thank heavens that Dugard and her daughters are now free. From the photos below you can see that this camp they were forced to live in is not fit for animals, let alone three people.

DJ AM is expected to be buried sometime this week, in California.

It has been confirmed today that the body of the late DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, has been released to a funeral home. His body is currently being held at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home in New York.

There are still results being waited on, namely the  toxicology report. The toxicology could still take several more weeks to come back. The autopsy uncovered nothing new and was actually inconclusive. This is problematic for several reasons, not least because hard drugs were found when his body was discovered and many want to know whether that was the cause of his death.

To date, the reason for his death is being reported as as a result of an overdose on prescription pills. Yes, like with Heath Ledger. Crack cocaine and a crack bottle were also found at his apartment.

The specific funeral plans have not yet been made public.

Since his tragic passing on Friday (August 28, 2009), an autopsy has already been conducted on the late DJ AM.

The DJ, real name Adam Goldstein died in his New York apartment. People are already jumping to rather unfair conclusions about what killed the celebrity DJ. He was reportedly found in his home when a worried friend contacted the police after not hearing from him for a few days. Police entered the property to find the star dead and (allegedly) there was drug paraphernalia laying around, including a crack pipe and pill bottles.

There are also rumours being spread about DJ AM having been very depressed about a split with his girlfriend, Hayley Wood. These rumours seem like BS to me and are based on only one source. I personally would say hinting that it was a suicide over depression or saying it was a crack (or other drug) overdose needs to be held off for now.

The results of the autopsy came back very quickly. Sadly, they shed no new light on the situation as they came back inconclusive. More tests are needed, including a toxicology report, which could take several weeks to complete.
