There was some bizarre, stupid rumour yesterday that Miley Cyrus got a boob job and that’s why she wore dresses with boob windows to the American Giving Awards and CNN Heroes 2011. The main event/ dress arousing suspicion being CNN Heroes. She wore a pale yellow Cavalli, and rumours started that she’d had implants. Some random ‘expert,’ cosmetic physician Dr. Tahl Humes, told RadarOnline.com: ‘Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done. If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation. Whoever did them did a very good job. She might have had small implants, which is nice, because she is a small girl with a small frame.’ Dr. Michael Niccole added: ‘It appears that Miley has recently undergone breast enhancement surgery… Push-up bras are great for cleavage, but don’t help out a whole lot when it comes to the exterior breast volume, which is also what I notice in these photos.’ Plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glaat added: ‘[She] does indeed appear to have had a breast augmentation [since they seem fuller]. The outline of the implants are clearly visible in the inner lower portions of her breast. Even a large weight gain would not produce breast enhancement to this degree without implants.’ Um, no. The charlatan doctors with too much time on their hands were basing this on photos in a magazine. Again, no. Cyrus responded when asked by a fan, ‘Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!’ The CNN event is her avatar.

Miley Cyrus bought a bra and actually wore it under her sheer shirt for a NOH8 photo shoot. It’s the only bra she owns and, unlike Courtney Stodden, Cyrus is not padding Victoria’s Secret. The photo of Cyrus was shared on the Twitter of NOH8 co-founder, Adam Bouska. I guess, at some point over Thanksgiving, Cyrus wandered out in what she was wearing on a Ramen and animal crackers reconnaissance mission. These shots were taken in the K-Mart parking lot.

Miley Cyrus was caught on video smoking drugs last year. When confronted over the drug use, and the horrible example it set, she got all indignant about it salvia being legal and the pressure to be perfect. Then, at her recent 19th birthday party, she admitted the use of illegal drugs. She’s not on meth, yet. However, we all know cake icing is a gateway to the hard stuff. In the video above, Cyrus describes the birthday cake from friend Kelly Osbourne: ‘You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake; you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.’ Osbourne retorts: ‘I thought salvia was your problem, man?’

Her rep ran out of animal crackers and BBMd a defense: ‘The cake was a joke and Miley was being sarcastic. It is being completely taken out of context.’ Osbourne went on Twitter to defend the singer, tweeting Sunday: ‘Let me make something very clear after Miley Cyrus’ salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! The cake was also A JOKE! It makes me sick that Miley Cyrus’ so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not! U guys if Miley Cyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think.’
