Miley Cyrus may escape any kind of real consequences for her actions once again, as she is trying to get the kind of ridiculous and laughably frivolous $4 billion dollar racism lawsuit against her dismissed. You remember that lawsuit right, the one where you just had to LOL at how completely incompetent you would have to be to think that BS was ever going to fly.

All is right with the world once more, as a tween star does something vaguely insensitive but moreover, astonishingly stupid and sets about getting off scot free. Cyrus stood accused of being racially insulting by Lucie J. Kim, who took it upon herself to sue on behalf of all people of Asian-Pacific Islander descent. Kim was all pissed over those pictures of Cyrus (and to be fair, friends of hers too) pulling the corners of their eyes in a manner that could be considered hurtful to those of Asian descent.

What Kim did not factor in is that not everyone is off their meds and um, most people can count. Not all the way up to $4 billion mind you, but they can count. And, as they can count, it will presumably occur to someone that anything more than compensation in the form of a Big Mac and fries is really rather over-generous.

“As admitted by Plaintiff in her Complaint, Defendant [Cyrus] did not intend to discriminate,” a document released by the Los Angeles Superior Court on March 10 states.

The document was officially a “request for judicial notice in support of demurrers” which means that regardless of whether the plaintiff’s set of facts is correct, they are insufficient and the defendant should not have to answer them or proceed with the case. In the papers, Cyrus’s lawyers call the complaints “frivolous” and that the claims “lack standing.”

Translated, that means and as a tally for those keeping score prostitot cyrus 1: crazy lady 0.

Miley Cyrus talks in her new book about her formative years *sigh*, where she was picked on and bullied at her Tennessee school.

The tales are just some of the (non) earth-shattering revelations the pop tart reveals in her new book “Miley Cyrus: Miles To Go”.

On the haters during her pre-teen Tennessee school days: “The girls took it beyond normal bullying. These were big, tough girls [known as] the Anti-Miley Club. I was scrawny and short. They were fully capable of doing me bodily harm… [They locked me in the girl’s restroom during class.] They shoved me in. I was trapped. I banged on the door until my fists hurt. Nobody came. I spent what felt like an hour in there, waiting for someone to rescue me, wondering how my life had gotten so messed up.”

On being challenged to a fight: “It seemed like Operation Make Miley Miserable was escalating to a new level. More like Operation Take Miley Down. Three girls strutted up and stood towering over me. My stomach churned. I clutched my grilled cheese sandwich like it was the hand of my best friend. It pretty much was my best friend those days. I was done for… They started cussing me and telling me to get up. I sat there, frozen. I didn’t know what to do. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore. I wasn’t chicken. What could they do to me? I was surrounded by people. I stood up, still a foot shorter then they were, and said, “What’s your problem? What did I ever do to you?’”

On ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, who she refers to as Prince Charming in the book: [When I first met him,] it felt like the whole world stopped. Nothing else mattered. [The day we broke up was] the hardest day ever. Deep down I know we weren’t being our best selves. And that was what I wanted — and thought I deserved – in a relationship.

On writing the hit song “7 Things I Hate About You” for Nick: “[I wrote it to] punish him, to get him back for hurting me [but the song is] about forgiving, not forgetting. It’s hard to imagine that our love is a story with an end. But you know, at least I’m getting some really good songs out of it.”

Miley will be signing copies of her book at Barnes & Noble this Saturday (March 7) @ 12PM at The Grove at Farmers Market (189 Grove Drive, Los Angeles).

Miley Cyrus,16, appeared on live UK TV this weekend and forgot the words to a song she was singing mid-performance [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

Cyrus’ fans are getting their pampers in a bunch and calling for their idol’s head, after the tween star seemed to forget the words to her song, ‘Fly on the Wall’.

The shrill, singing prosti-tot was on UK TV show,  Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway after her record company bosses spent a reported $320,000 to fly her in a private jet especially. Then what does Tot do… but forget her bloody words!

To be fair, Tot was probably busy thinking about sexy times with her FAR too old BF and/ or where she is going to find $4 billion in funds, if the entire pissed off Asian community wins their class-action lawsuit against her.

Whatever the heck she was thinking, the result is funny as a poke in the eye. Skip to around 1:15 in to watch.

Miley Cyrus is being sued in a class-action lawsuit, over the ‘racist’ pic of her from last week [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

*sigh* Just so we are clear, I am as sick of writing about this retarded bundle of fuckery as you all are of reading about it… but this is some Grade A ‘crazy ass’ we got ourselves here today and I’d be failing as an Editor if I didn’t inflict this kind of story on you…

Someone with a LOT of time on their hands has taken it upon themselves to be quite wholly offended on behalf of just about every American person of Asian descent and all Non-US Asian people. You’ll remember over the last week and a bit there has been a storm of debates going back and forth over whether the Miley Cyrus ‘racist’ picture was actually racist at all. Some said she was just being a thoughtless tween who needs potty training before anyone should even think about publicly hanging her for such an innocent indiscretion. Others thought that she was making a face which, malicious or no, looked as though it was mocking an Asian compatriot who sat near and looked shocked.

I think neither. I think Cyrus should have a reverse Katie-bot ‘Camera Whore’ chip installed. Where Katie-bot Holmes’ chip attracts all cameras within a 20-block radius (thus enabling her to whore out herself and her baby to all and sundry within close proximity), Cyrus’ chip should repel any and all cameras within 20 miles in order to stop her getting caught in these funky, efftarded situations where she is caught side-boobing, posing in her bikini and more.

In the latest development in the Cyrus ‘racist’ photo story, it seems that Cyrus’ apology is too weak ass for at least one woman, Lucie J. Kim, who has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of over a million Asian Pacific Islanders in LA County, claiming civil right violations for each. She want $4 billion in damages… Yes, you read that right.

According to TMZ, “Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.” 

Kim says in the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation — $4,000. Add it up — $4 billion.

No word yet on whether she will actually share or how precisely Asian people are supposed to go about claiming their 4k.

Miley Cyrus has been called out by an Asian equality group, over her half-arsed ‘apology’ left on her blog [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

As you may remember, last week Cyrus offended entire continents full of people, when pics of her surfaced where she appeared to be mocking an Asian friend. After being dissed by equality groups and race relations/ news blogs alike, the tween star took to her personal blog to defend her actions, “I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces!” she wrote. “Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!”

Well, her explanation was kind of a turd and I am not the only one who noticed. “It’s not a real apology. We’re not backing down without a fuller apology,” George Wu, Executive Director of the OCA, an Asian-American equality group told Celebuzz. “The picture is offensive and now this statement is inadequate,” 

Cyrus - prosti-tot extraordinaire – and her weak-ass apology need to get together and have another think about how they can stop making people of Asian descent so effing angry. I can see Tot taking to her blog in the next day or so, in order to give another CAPS laden apology, rather than do what any other celebrity would *cough… Michael Phelps… cough* and have their spokes-whore write their impersonal and insincere ‘sorry’ and be done with it. 

Anyone else thinking that another side-boob shot is due about now. When in doubt an undue, distracting flash will sort things out!

UPDATE – Cyrus finally gave a proper apology.
