Madonna is being taken to court, for being a noisy neighbour. The singer is said to be driving her neighbours, of her Central Park West apartment, up the wall.

The appartment was reportedly turned into a makeshift dance studio, and as such, she is making with the loud noises and the shaking walls. A lawsuit was filed at the end of last week, in Manhattan Supreme Court, and all the noise-making could get her evicted.

Madonna is, according to reports, set to officially adopt Jesus Luz. Oh, wait, that’s not right. That’s not right at all. Madonna is reported to be buying a flat, with the value of up to £1.7 million in NYC, for young love, Jesus Luz.

The singer and her 23-year-old model love have been dating for a little while now, initially behind closed doors and now out in the open. According to The Sun Madonna thinks that despite their romance it’s still too soon for Luz to move into her home with her children. So, she is said to be financing Luz moving into a home near hers. Specifically, she wants her boy toy to be within walking distance, day or night, should she want to see him.

Madonna is buying toyboy lover Jesus Luz a £1.7 million gaff in New York. The Queen Of Pop has decided it’s a bit too early for the model to move in with her and the kids. In other words, there was no room at the inn for Jesus. But Madge wants her new fella to live within walking distance of her £25million townhouse in the Upper East Side and is willing to pay for the, ahem, pleasure. The singer has given her estate agents the nod to sort him a flat. It will be in his name even though she is coughing up the huge wedge to buy it.

A source said: “Em is buying Jesus an apartment in New York. She has her real estate agent searching for the perfect pad for him in the new neighbourhood where she has just moved… She’s told them to spend no more than £1.7million and the pad has to be within walking distance of her townhouse. She is financing everything but Jesus will own it once it’s found and bought… She really wasn’t kidding when she told him he’ll never have to worry about money from now on.” Jesus must feel like he can walk on water. Guy Ritchie may be off the leash, but his ex-wife Madonna still clearly has his baby-maker in a vice. The movie director, who has been replaced by 23-year-old Jesus Luz, has spoken in the November issue of Esquire magazine about how he really feels about Madonna.

Despite their eight-year marriage imploding quite spectacularly and at the time rather acrimoniously, Ritchie seems not to want to badmouth his ex-wife. Other than when he uses the word retarded during his interview, sneakily, hoping speed-readers would take his comment out of context.

On the one hand, the film director said in the November issue of Esquire magazine, “I still love her.” On the other, he added, “but she’s retarded too.” Maybe he meant the latter comment as a reference to her exaggerated youth. “She’s a manifester, if there ever was one,” he said. “Madonna makes things happen. Madonna had been rumoured to appear on Saturday Night Live SNL since the end of September. It turned out, tonight, that the rumours were true. The diva made a guest-appearance on the show alongside the two main stars promoted for the Saturday October 3, 2009 episode, Lady GaGa and Ryan Reynolds.

Madonna paid a visit to the David Letterman show Sept. 30, 2009.

While on the show, Madonna joked about her failed marriage with Guy Ritchie during what she referred to as the Bush years, she talked about not wanting to get married again, about having been on Letterman eight times and how each time she feels like a new person with each appearance. Oh, and towards the end of the clip, Madonna and Letterman stop pretending to have an interest in conducting an interview and instead they go off to grab a slice of pizza.

Madonna’s greatest hits CD, Celebration, was released in parts of Europe today.

As such, every Madonna stan and excitable tween with an Internet connection has been rushing to release as much of the album and its art as possible. One interesting thing that was released today was the Celebration CD album artwork.

The Sun is reporting that Madonna was seen collapsing onstage twice, during Saturday’s Sticky & Sweet show in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The 51-year-old singer was working her thing and grinding her hips into submission. Then, in a video on TheSun.co.uk, the star appears to lose consciousness and faint on the shoulder of one of her dancers. Being a badass and a professional, she is seen trying to soldier on and to get through the show.

The two bouts of illness came as she continued the rendition of Holiday, before reportedly walking off stage during Spanish Lesson after falling ill again.

A source tells The Sun, “Madonna was really worried backstage. She had to sit down for a longer break than usual between songs. She refused to end the show after the Holiday dizzy spell. It turns out she is suffering from exhaustion. She is anemic.” The insider adds, “She was advised to postpone the last two shows for a few days, but logistics and stubbornness stopped her. She’ll do them and then take a rest.” (via The Sun)

Madonna has released a video for Celebration. This is the first single to be taken from an upcoming album of the same title. This particular video is not to my taste, though of course her lubed up stans will be wetting their panties over this today.

There are mixed reports about this clip. According to our BFFs at WeArePopSlags, the above may not be the final promo, strictly speaking. According to their report, fans were disappointed by it and confused as to why a remix of the song had been used. A second video is expected somewhere in the next two weeks. That second promo will reportedly feature Lourdes, Madonna’s daughter, dressed like her mother from the Like a Virgin era (image below).

Celebration will be available to download exclusively through the Apple iTunes store for free for the next 48 hours. Celebration is available for free download until September 3, 2009.

Madonna has to brace herself for the release of a 1992 sex tape, according to The UK’s Mirror newspaper.

The singer is now 50 and rather sinewy. However, back in 1992 she was slightly less so and some say, at the peak of her hotness. The Madonna sex tape, if it hits the net, is going to be downloaded illegally like a free bootleg Harry Potter movie. The download of the Madonna sex tape is not available as yet, hence no stills or spoilers, but we do know that it is up for grabs at auction.

The tape is one of several items; including several of her old X-rated video tapes, voice messages and love letters that are about to be made public.

The intimate items are going up for grabs in an online auction. The personal artifacts – including two micro cassette tapes of answering machine messages and 21 faxed letters – shine the spotlight on her romance with former minder Jim Albright. He started work as her bodyguard in 1992 and mixed business with pleasure for two years. (via The Mirror)
