Lindsay Lohan has been complaining that she is kinda broke ass and perpetually out of credible work, and is feeling the pinch. 

In an unsuccessful attempt to prove that she is just like the rest of us, and that although she has been pimped out on the big screen since she was in nappies, she claims that she is having to spend her money more carefully. She says that for the first time, being out of work for periods of time is making her realise “Oh my God, I’m not working. I have a house to pay for now.”

Ho claims that she is not being handed parts, despite popular belief. She was eager to star in (and possibly ruin) Tim Burton’s ’Alice in Wonderland’, but “[Producers said] ‘You’re not right for the part, and that’s it.’ That’s how I like to hear it, honestly… I can take it, I’m a big girl.”

I’m a big girl too, that’s why when I don’t get my own way, I gets to cuttin’ a bitch rather than taking it lying down like a pansy ass. HoHan might wanna follow my lead.

The promo was directed by Marco Bragaglia; it’s about “Lilo being [in] a modern Alice in Wonderland”.

I could only bring myself to watch about the first 5 seconds of this crap. The video above is the latest attempt by Lindsay Lohan to make some dollar and salvage her career. She has ‘starred’ in a promo for the good people (with bad marketing) at Fornarina.

I guess HoHan has bills to pay right. Isn’t she living at SamRo’s house… you’d think that since they started dating and now SamRo makes like 10x the amount per DJ gig she could throw her outta work actress girlfriend a bone.

Having too many paparazzi on her tail at any given time to just go out and shake her goodies at a titty bar to make some extra cash like a normal person, Ho signed up for and shot this monstrosity. Sit and watch the whole thing if you can bear it. Or, it may be less effort to just go on an actual acid trip. Your choice.

As you may remember, there was some craziness and confusion over the weekend about the arrest warrant and possible hunt for Lindsay Lohan. There were rumours that she had breached the terms of a court order and that was why cops were after her. 

The star totally denied any wrong doing or even that such a warrant existed, by way of a statement to PerezHilton.com. The local police claimed otherwise and said they were very much on her tail. So today, according to TMZ.com, the real truth of the matter has come out and “it’s no big deal — probably.”

I’d read some reports that the issue was not with any kind of lapse back into drugs and alcohol, nor was it the failure to take a scheduled drugs test. 

The issue was with the fact that “Lindsay was in an alcohol ed program for more than a year and was in full compliance with her probation. Sources say not too long ago she decided to switch programs. She either was late or missed one of the classes at the new program — she says because the paparazzi made it impossible for her to show up on schedule. So the program director sounded the alarm last week to the court. And that’s why the judge issued a warrant.”

Today, according to the latest reports from HollywoodGrind.com the warrant has been cancelled altogether. Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, convinced the court that HoHan might be in compliance of her alcohol education program required by her probation stemming from a DUI conviction.

Holley claimed Lohan had “personality conflicts” with her old alcohol education program, so she will enroll in a new one. Lohan claimed she couldn’t attend some of the previous classes because the paparazzi made it impossible for her. Lohan’s attorney will have to provide proof on April 3 that Lohan has indeed been attending a new alcohol education program.

Celebrity justice wins and Ho will not even get a slap on the wrist… score.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The actress, 22, has reportedly failed to comply with the terms of her court order, after her arrest for DUI. The star was arrested twice in 2007 for being behind the wheel whilst under the influence of cocaine and alcohol. 

Too exhausting to write five paragraphs on why snorting coke/ boozing and then getting behind the wheel of a car is a bad thing, so I won’t bore you with that here. But, I will say it is a bloody stupid thing to do. As she has so much time on her hands from not having a real job for years, HoHan took some of the white stuff, got caught and well… got away with it. 

Ho essentially got away scot free, thanks to celebrity justice. As part of her plea deal, the actress was placed on probation for 36 months and sentenced to 24 hours in jail. She was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol-education program and perform 10 days of community service. She served 84 minutes in jail.

Yes, 84 freaking minutes. In less time than it takes for you to cook your dinner, the prison bitches taught HoHan the error of her ways.

A Los Angeles based attorney tells Hollyscoop.com that the warrant issued for her arrest could have been due to failure to meet with her probation officer or failure to complete a mandatory drug test. If she missed even one of the above, a judge can issue a warrant for her arrest.

I can totally see her getting away with this; turning herself in, in all her over-dramatic glory and getting a fine or some shit. *sigh*

Story developing or course, so I shall write about this again as more news breaks…

Update 1: HoHan just issued a statement to PerezHilton.com: “This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and its (sic) a horrendous lie. This will make me loose (sic) every single deal that I have right now. Its (sic) horrible.”

Update 2: Seems she was lie tellin’ in her statement. The Beverly Hills Police department has confirmed HoHan’s arrest. In a statement, they say, “In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”
