Lindsay Lohan only left her community service duties until the last minute because she was busy finding a dentist in her dealer’s neighbourhood. She’s been dragging her heels over this service for months. Depending on whether you believe TMZ.com or RadarOnline.com, Lohan has completed either 21 or 60 of a total 480 community service hours as of earlier this month. In any case, she’s got until May 2012 but she’s slacking. She’s been slacking and cherry-picking what she feels like doing or when. She was kicked out of her service at Downtown Women’s, instead being relegated to the Red Cross. She showed up at DTW sporadically, and left early, blaming paparazzi for her reluctance to participate. Then, TMZ revealed she’d been doing her therapy sessions over the phone with the court’s approval because hooking at a premium in Europe was more important than taking therapy seriously. A source adds, ‘Judge Sautner didn’t specify that these appointments be done in person.’ Noted. Now a source tells RadarOnline Lohan’s squeezing in service hours before Wednesday’s court date, during which she risks jail for probation violations, ‘Lindsay is really starting to rack up the hours now and is extremely serious about getting this done.’

This is going to be circuitous, but then so is Page Six’s report on Lindsay Lohan’s crack-shenanigans from last week’s THQ gaming event. According to P6 and the man himself, Lohan’s chronically-underemployed rep Steve Honig has been ordering the 25-year-old’s favourite clubs to not play songs by mediocre rapper Pitbull, whom she’s suing over his lyrics to some song about which I don’t care that go ‘I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan’ (he claims it’s a drug-dealer/ gangster reference, not a jail reference, but still). The guy who claimed Lohan had the fairest Meth Teeth in the land, yet would NOT confirm WTF happened to her grill because he was above it, had time to make these kinds of demands. Sources told P6: ‘Club staff were told that if any Pitbull song comes on, Lindsay would leave. [It’s] hard since he’s on so many hit songs right now. They briefed the DJ, actress Taryn Manning, that she could not play any Pitbull songs for the time Lindsay was at the event.’ Honig confirms, ‘I told THQ that I would appreciate it if they did not play any Pitbull at the club. Lindsay was not aware of it, and she didn’t have anything to do with it. Even now she has no idea I did that. If they did play Pitbull, there was no chance she would have walked out.’

Lindsay Lohan claims reports about her, by TMZ.com, RadarOnline.com and others, from the past 24-hours, are works of fiction spread only to defame her.

It was first reported by TMZ that Lohan was kicked out of her community service at the Downtown Women’s Center. Lohan reportedly claimed the staff were abrasive and ‘mean.’ DWC claimed she was a lazy slacker who skipped a bunch of days. RadarOnline added that Lohan blamed paparazzi intrusion for her struggles at DWC, with a source saying, ‘Lindsay is going to blame this on the paparazzi, again, like she always does. Her excuse to staffers at DWC was that she was being hounded by the press, and just couldn’t make it out of the car, and into the building. Yes, there were photographers around when she did show up, but it wasn’t intrusive, and didn’t impede upon anyone’s ability to maneuver in or out of the building.’ She’s a cracked-out f**k-up because we’re MEAN! And because the press want photos of her rotting meth teeth. An hour ago, she linked her Twitter to a WhoSay.com blog she’d written. She’s basically blaming others and saying TMZ and Radar are 100% wrong, which seems unlikely. ‘I am not to be made an example of anymore,’ wrote Lohan. ‘I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you.’

A random doctor, who’s never treated Lindsay Lohan, has spoken to RadarOnline.com about the state of the 25-year-old’s meth teeth. This person’s not a very good tooth doctor, says Santana, because they failed to note ‘meth’ as one of the things destroying Lohan’s mouth. However, there are some other theories about why the teeth are rotting according to Dr. Naz Tofigh, a Beverly Hills dentist 1) Lohan’s neglected her grill 2) she just stopped going to the dentist 3) the stains and the yellow spots are typical of people who drink a lot of red wine and smoke. RadarOnline also notes ‘she also has heavy tartar build-up and a chipped tooth.’ The Dail Mail has a before and after, if you’re interested.

Her obnoxious rep offered the following delusional statement to People.com: ‘Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers. She’s been on the cover of Vanity Fair and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She’s a beautiful and glamorous actress… With everything going on, from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to international unrest, there is no way I’m going to comment on Lindsay’s teeth.’
