Lily Allen is Months Pregnant and She’s Showing

I spent most of the weekend unconscious, in an alcoholic stupor and so I’m a little late posting these pictures of Lily Allen smuggling some hams. However, they were so cute and so fitting, as she’d not long announced her pregnancy, that I wanted to post them anyway. Allen announced, on Twitter, by showing the newspaper headline that she’d sold to the Sun, that she and Sam Cooper were expecting a baby. Allen is just over four months pregnant and starting to show a bump. She and her unborn ham can be seen in these photos as Allen poses on the red carpet, at the UK premier for Tamara Drewe at Odeon Leicester Square.

Lily Allen Confirms The News of Her Pregnancy

Lily Allen is three months pregnant. Her rep confirms the news, following the initial report the singer gave to The Sun UK. It was revealed, hours ago, in the Sun online and on the print edition’s front page, that Allen, 25, was pregnant with her boyfriend Sam Cooper’s baby. I knew of it, about 12 hours ago, I guess. But, I didn’t report it as even something ‘confirmed’ in The Sun often turns out not to be true/ what it seems. Also, yesterday, I checked Allen’s Twitter and the most recent message at the time said simply ‘Nothing to share’. Implying, perhaps, I thought, the report was untrue. Seems she was just being cryptic, as she’s updated again today with a tweet reading ‘Not quite front page worthy but anyways… surreal’, along with a picture of herself holding up her front page. In addition, we get a statement from her rep today saying ‘Lily Allen and Sam Cooper are very happy to confirm that Lily is expecting their first child’. This is especially great news, as Allen was unfortunate enough to suffer a miscarriage with former boyfriend Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers, back in 2008. She has said she wants time out of the spotlight to raise a family, and she feels ready as her own mother had her ‘when she was 23′. Photos of Allen and Cooper are below.

Lily Allen Prefers Britney Spears to Lady GaGa

Lily Allen had two bumps to the head and more holiday booze than she could handle this Christmas. Allen was photographed and interviewed for the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. She was asked whether she preferred Lady GaGa or Britney Spears. She scratched her head, then her crack, then phoned a friend, and still came up with the following answer. She said that the two were in different worlds and that GaGa was too new to be compared to Spears. Allen insists that Spears is a legend, in all her lazy, blubbery lip syncing glory.

My hangover and I agree. Spears and her decade of lazy can’t compare to fresh, fashion-forward GaGa and her annoying insistence on singing live.

Lily Allen Confesses Having Three Breakdowns

Lily Allen has a reoccurring case of the sads and we should all go over to her house with a packet of bonbons to lighten her mood. Aside from the RSI incurred from her incessant social media shenanigans, Allen has other problems on her mind. Real problems. Problems that Jelly Babies and a packet of lube of can’t fix.

The singer confessed to Q magazine that she had suffered from three breakdowns, all of which were this century. We can assume she’s being grand, and she just means this decade. This includes a myriad of personal problems.

  • Lily Allen told Q : “On a personal level, my miscarriage was a horrible moment. And then there were the several breakdowns that I had. I’d say I’ve had three this century, which isn’t great.
  • She gives more detail: “There was one when I was 18 and I went into The Priory rehab clinic. I’ve had two really low points since then. I’ve got a touch of dysmorphia. I was sitting in bed last night and I caught sight of myself in the mirror. I said, ‘God, I’m a funny looking thing’.”

Lily Allen to Move in With Her New Boyfriend

Lily Allen always seems to be rushing into one relationship or another.

Once into the half-ship, she seems to have her foot on the accelerator the entire time, and she rush past all the usual relationship pit-stops. This time she has skipped her usual one-week-in topless holiday pit-stop, and has jumped to the moving in with the guy step. In my opinion moving in is a really risky thing to do, without first going on a holiday where at least one of you is exposing your nips. But then, what do I know.

Lily Allen has finally earned her way into a new Chanel campaign.

The tiny UK singer is always head-to-toe in their outfits and giving them a buttload of free advertising, so it’s about time they actually started paying her to promote this season’s products. The campaign is for designs from the new Coco Cocoon Collection from Chanel’s Fall/Winter 2009/10 collection.

Must say, the faux Audrey Hepburn thing is played out, but it’s hard for Allen not to look adorable. Can’t blame her for Chanel being uninspired.
