Using enough words for herself and Eddie Cibrian since he’s been quiet enough to make people forget he cheated on the mother of his children, LeAnn Rimes has given yet another cloying interview in which she pretends to be sad about jumping out of her first marriage. Promoting an album I’m choosing to believe was an excuse for a press tour, rather than the other way around, Rimes says she felt all the feelings about sleeping with a married man. LeAnn Rimes Decided To Sleep With A Married Man And ‘Ask God For Forgiveness’ After the Fact
It’s time for the pity party LeAnn Rimes throws every year like it’s her birthday.
This time, she’s trying to explain to Entertainment Tonight why she jumped out of her previous marriage and into another person’s marriage. Making the usual excuses about having an affair because she’s a ‘human being’ who makes ‘mistakes’ because that’s every sociopath’s go-to when they want to do as they please and clean up the mess afterward. She says: ‘I’ve definitely asked for forgiveness on a daily basis… We are human beings who are going to sin and make mistakes, and if you have that connection, for me, is something that I feel is bigger than me, it’s not something that’s unusual to do.’ And she insists all the receipts you’ve ever seen in the tabloids are fakes: ‘I feel like so many people have written the story that they think will sell a magazine, or the story that they want to believe, but it’s so 180 of what has been written. People have had the lies to twist for so long they might as well have the truth to twist now.’
Falkor: Flowers Make Up For That Time I Slept With Your Husband, Right?
LeAnn Rimes abandoned the sinking ship that was her own failing marriage and jumped right into the middle of Brandi Glanville’s marriage to Eddie Cibrian. Since then, she’s written whole albums about how the getting is good so long as the guy is married and declared herself a second mother to the children she stole when she and Cibrian turned their affair into an actual relationship. And now she’s purchased irony flowers for the ex-wife on Mother’s Day because that obviously makes up for everything that’s followed since. When Glanville didn’t cry stinky tears of joy over the flowers Rimes sent on Mother’s Day, Rimes went on Twitter to whine about it. ‘You have no idea, no one does what I’ve done to try,’ she complained to a fan. ‘Mother’s Day just adds to the list. I can’t make anyone try.’ Glanville did, however, actually say thank you. ‘She sent me beautiful flowers hope thats is the start of some effort for both sides,’ Glanville told a fan. ‘I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers.’ But Rimes says Glanville is a lie-teller. ‘I didn’t see anything else sent to me… It wasn’t for the ‘thank you.’ It was to just simply say Happy Mother’s Day.’
