Determined to make a dent in today’s news, Jessica Simpson has shared some more Twitter photos of her baby bump. The bump she had to confirm on Twitter for free after she waited over six month to negotiate a paid deal. As recently as last week, she still wanted the $500,000 fee to confirm her pregancy. Well, she took too long and juding from today’s non-reaction to her confirmation no1curr. She tweeted these with the caption ‘Family photo.’ More ‘family’ photos below.
Jessica Simpson missed her chance to confirm baby news on a slower news day when anyone would care. She confirmed her pregnancy on her Twitter about 20 minutes ago with a link to this photo.. clearly having no idea Kim Kardashian’s divorce is the only thing anyone cares about today (moreover, she’ll have to fight for tabloid covers with Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan, after the outcome of November 2′s probation hearing). Simpson captioned the photo: ‘It’s True, I’m Going To Be A Mummy.’ She’s announced it on her Twitter for free. However, there may be a cover with more details bid by a magazine that loves wasting money. A random OBGYN, with few enough patients to make this a part of their day, tells RadarOnline.com that Jessica Simpson’s eggo is six-months preggo. Which would mean she’s actually pregnant and slightly further along than Beyonce (no word on whether Beyonce’s father tried to buy Simpson’s baby like he allegedly did his ex-mistress’ kid). Boston-based OBGYN Dr. Dave David told RadarOnline that Simpson was probably late second-trimester and expecting early 2012. Anyone looking at her could have guessed the same, tbh. ‘She looks to be 26 weeks, which is around six months,’ said the oddly-named doctor… David David, basically. Really? ‘It is definitely a pregnancy and not weight gain,’ speculated Dr. David, who has not treated the singer. ‘You can by the shape of her abdomen, her belly wouldn’t be that rounded if it was just fat. She is short [at 5' 3"] so the bump looks bigger because it has no where to go but out… Couples often wait for a few months before they announce it in case anything goes wrong. Once they see the heart-beat on the ultrasound after the first trimester then they usually let people know.’ RadarOnline add, after basically calling Simpson’s eggo ‘fat,’ that another random, a PR ‘expert,’ says Simpson’s baby announcement failed to sell for $500,000 because she lacks star power. ‘The issue with Jessica Simpson maybe is that she simply hasn’t been ‘hot’ lately in terms of relevant, big celebrity occurrences,’ said President/ CEO of 5WPR, Ronn Torossian. ‘No big movie, hit album or A-list happening, and even though she’s an A-list celebrity. In this economy, media needs to know for $500,000 that something is a sure bet. And Simpson simply may not be seen as that today.’ Despite today’s random doctor, only on October 21 did RadarOnline claim this secrecy was because Simpson was ‘early’ in her pregnancy: ‘It’s still early in the pregnancy, and Jessica has decided to wait before sharing her happiness with her fans,’ a source told the website. ‘She has begun telling family and friends the exciting news.’
That’s more like it. I would have missed this, so thanks to The Superficial (who note her ex, Tony Romo, and his wife are also expecting and that’s probably why Simpson stopped hiding her baby bump). But I just happened upon these new photos of her stomach from my photo agency and so I thought I’d share. It’s speculated in InTouch Weekly that Simpson’s pregnant with a baby girl. Page Six this weekend commented on a shoot for Simpson’s shoe line where fiance Eric Johnson was ‘stroking’ her ‘obvious bump.’ It’s claimed Joe Simpson wants $500,000 to confirm the baby that’ll probably be delivered before negotiations are over (I’m guessing she’s late second trimester, so she may be giving birth at the same time as Beyonce). So far, since she missed her chance and she stopped hiding her pregnancy, there are no takers. I read in the British Mirror that Simpson’s winning $500K bid went to OK! Magazine. However I think they just assumed that, as did OK!’s readers, after the shady magazine’s creative fiction department fabricated quotes from Simpson on the cover as though it were an official announcement (OK! are liars, Simpson never confirmed to them). So far, she’s eggo preggo for free and no one wants her shill baby. However this weekend’s Page Six reports that fiancé Eric Johnson was ‘rubbing’ her ‘obvious baby bump’ during a poolside shoot for her shoe line’s new advertising campaign. Simpson has made room for her IRL baby by cutting down on booze shenanigans and midnight Taco Bell runs. And, as you can see, he or she is growing nicely; too large and perfectly-formed to be a gas/ food baby. This is the exceptionally obvious bump her father wants $500,000 to confirm the existence of.
