Lane Garrison, 28, the former Prison Break star, has been freed from his jail term. The actor, who was killed off of his own show around the same time as he was handed his sentence, served only forty months for his car crime in which he killed one teen and injured another.

Garrison of course did not cause the loss of life or injure the people concerned on purpose, but he did actually cause someone’s death. He was sentenced in November 2007 and he is free already, what gives?

See, this is the kind of wonky legal system that is probably going to let alleged woman-beater Chris Brown walk free from his trial soon.

I mean, is this crap for real; if I’d so much as spilled on the carpet growing up, mummy Grindhouse would lock me in the hall closet for at least 50 months at a time. This bish killed someone around the time I graduated and in the time it took me to start and get bored of two careers, he was freed.

This efftarded prison maths, where you get one day back for every day of good behaviour, has to stop. If mummy Grindhouse didn’t do it, neither should the US legal system. Boo!

Star of TV’s ‘The Osbournes’, trouble-maker Kelly, has been arrested for allegedly slapping a journalist in a London nightclub last summer [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

The 24-year-old flew off the handle when  Zoe Griffin, a gossip columnist, called Osbourne’s fiance, Luke Worrell, “stupid” as he did not know how earthquakes were caused. In a piece written last August, in U.K. newspaper The Mirror Griffin quoted Osbourne saying, “I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he’s upset.”As the conversation drew to a close, Griffin wrote, “That’s when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone.”

That’s how I like to sneak up on people as well, slow and stealth like and then BAM right in the kisser…

As is customary, Scotland Yard refused to admit that Osbourne had been arrested. Instead, a statement read by a spokes ho’ said, “I can confirm that a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment at 3pm on January 2. She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29th August 2008,” the statement continues. “She was bailed to attend a central London police station on a date in March.”

Dane Cook’s brother/business manager was arrested yesterday, for stealing millions of dollars from the comedian [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

According to reports from TMZ:

Darryl McCauleym – who was in charge of Cook’s financial affairs since the 90s – was arrested today by the Massachusetts State Police and charged with three counts of larceny and forgery. Authorities say in one case, Dane’s bro forged a $3 million check and deposited it in his account. McCauley will be arraigned tomorrow in Woburn District Court.

Could McCauleym not just steal cutlery or toilet roll from his family’s house, like a normal person? It was fairly obvious that he was not going to be able to sneak $3 million out from under Cook’s nose. That’s like trying to sneak peen out from under the nose of Parasite Hilton… it’s just not gonna fly, Mister!

Actor, Matt Dillon, has been arrested for speeding. The 44-year-old was pulled over in Newbury, Vt., on Tuesday, after state troopers clocked him driving 106 mph in a 65 mph zone [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

According to People:

Dillon, who was driving a rented 2009 Chevy Impala, was taken to a station in nearby Bradford, where he was photographed, fingerprinted and given a citation. The process typically takes 15 to 20 minutes, according to Vermont State Police Public Information Officer Sgt. Tara Thomas. “I have every reason to believe he was cooperative,” she says.

Dillon is due to appear at Orange County Court on Jan. 21. His rep declined to comment.

Must say, Dillon is only just about hawt enough to not get labelled a King Douche for this arrest; where he would have ended up in the Douche Hall of Fame, alongside Spencer Pratt and ASShat Timberfake. Dillon’s still got the ‘He’s HELLA old, but I’d still hit it’ factor, so all he’ll be getting from me is a smack on the back of the hand and a rather stern telling off. I think that’ll learn him!
