This is the same house Kim Kardashian said was beneath her on the wedding special; she made snobby remarks about the location and decor and said she’d only deign to live there. TMZ.com broke the news that Kardashian was flying out to see Kris Humphries on a last-minute commercial flight. She travelled with one body guard and arrived in Minnesota just before dawn on Sunday. Suddenly realising there’s a backlash afoot, Kardashian ‘felt like she owed it to Kris to talk things through with him face-to-face.’ Um, she told her whole family about the divorce in an email and left Slowphries to find out in the press. But… suddenly, it behooves her PR to visit him and stand outside his house pretending to make calls (because cell phones don’t work indoors, N00B). TMZ adds Kardashian’s not sure if there’s more money to be milked off the split, so she’s in two minds. RadarOnline.com further adds Pastor Joel Johnson, who married the couple and who is Slowphries’ minister, gave the pair a two-hour councelling session. Kim Kardashian sent out a mass-email to her extended side of the family to warn them she was about to file for divorce. I don’t really know what to think of this, nor do I know the etiquette for who files from whom and whether it’s proper to warn the person. However, sitting here in my jammies, I probably knew about Kris Humphries’ divorce before he did. And that’s probably a bad thing. TMZ.com reports that Kardashian sent her father’s side of the family an email about the split on Monday morning, warning them because of the possible media fallout. She wrote: ‘I would rather you hear it from me than someone else or the news. I know this seems crazy… I’ve spent the last few months struggling with my marriage. Kris is a great guy but we come from such different worlds and he isn’t what I thought when we 1st met. I’m embarrassed that I took everyone on this journey with me and had this huge wedding. But I have to be happy, so I have to let this relationship go.’ Evidently, Slowphries wasn’t CCd on that, because he said in his belated divorce statement: ‘I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce.’ Moreover, she’s alleging some kind of pretense or fraud on his part… ‘we come from such different worlds and he isn’t what I thought when we 1st met.’ What is that? He wasn’t a slow-looking Lurch monster your family hated this whole time? He seems the same to me. I wonder what she means. Both Kim Kardashian and her also-liar pimp momager Kris Jenner claimed that no profits were made on the E! wedding special because saying words supposes that those words are true and Kardashian fans are, evidentally, gullible. Kardashian’s attempts at sad face backfired and she quit a $150,000 per-hour Australian shill tour to return to Los Angeles and lady fap in a tub full of money like if Scrooge McDuck were making a pr0n for a perverted Japanese businessman with a very dark, specific fetish (/Santana). Despite going on a press tour made of lies, and getting her family to lie for her, and keeping the wedding presents, and keeping the wedding and engagement rings, her fans seem to believe that she didn’t profit and she’s sad under the botox. Us Weekly and Page Six (and TMZ TV, since I was watching this afternoon) are calling BS since there’s obviously a lot of money made from the wedding special in particular. Jenner asserted there’s no profit from the wedding because they didn’t sell the rights; she conceded photo rights were sold for six-figures. She neglected to mention Kardashian and Slowphries earn 30% of the revenue from every commercial on during the special… the special that’s STILL airing. Here’s P6′s take on the shenanigans.

Kris Humphries may wind up making a killing from his brief marriage to Kim Kardashian, even if the pre-nup he signed is iron clad. According to US Weekly, a source says that, ‘Anything earned during the marriage, [Kim] keeps.’ And another source told the magazine, ‘Kris does not receive any of Kim’s money’ as part of their divorce settlement. However, the report then says the NBA star would be entitled to ‘hefty profits from [the couple’s] E! wedding special,’ which is bringing he and Kim a major windfall. ‘Kim and Kris got 30 percent of the revenue from every commercial that aired,’ a source told US Weekly. ‘The wedding special aired in about 50 countries; they made out like bandits!’ [Page Six]

RadarOnline.com says the pair are still talking on the phone and texting: ‘Kim and Kris have spoken on the telephone, and are frequently exchanging text messages on their BlackBerrys. Kim is absolutely numb and was truly surprised and shocked at the backlash she has gotten since she decided to file for divorce.’ Adds their source: ‘It’s highly unlikely that Kim would want to get back together with Kris. Kris is in Minnesota. The more time that goes on, Kim clearly sees that they are just two completely different people that never should have gotten married. Even though Kris said earlier in the week he would do whatever it would take to save his marriage, he is now accepting that the relationship is over. [Kim] has been told by her friends that she needs to put herself first, for a change. Kim is very hard working, and professional. It’s very hard for her to not work. She has commitments, and she wants to honor them, but her friends are concerned about her, and are urging her to take some much needed time off, away from the spotlight to process what has happened.’ Humphries was photographed leaving a gym in Minnesota on Thursday no longer wearing his ring.
