Sara Leal Totes Isn’t A Whore, Says Sara Leal

The 22-year-old with whom Ashton Kutcher slept on his sixth wedding anniversary says the affair has ruined her life. Leal already spoke to Star, Us Weekly and now she’s run to Fox News. She told the outlet she was fired from her job, kicked out of her apartment, estranged from her father, and former friends won’t talk to her anymore. Moreover, says the woman on the Internet exposing her breasts, she’s not just some slut. It’s subjective, but I beg to differ (Kutcher’s no peach in all this either). ‘I got fired from my job,’ Leal told Fox News. ‘I am no longer friends with my best friend who was my roommate because it caused so many problems and I had to move out. I wasn’t working for two months, and I only just started working three weeks ago.’ Asked if she’d knowingly have slept with a married (estranged, in all fairness) man, she replied: ‘No way! It was insane. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It might have seemed like I was asking for it, but I wasn’t. My dad wouldn’t even talk to me, and I got a lot of disturbing phone calls, even from my friends’ parents.’ Asked about the topless photos: ‘Those made me look bad and everyone who knows me on a personal basis knows I am not a crazy slut party girl. I’ve had one boyfriend since I lived in San Diego, and those pictures were one weekend out of my life that painted the worst image of me ever. I was a mess for two weeks straight it was so horrible.’

The Real Reason For Smearing Kris Humphries?

TMZ.com has obtained the papers for legal separation, filed by Kris Humphries. And, as reported, the 26-year-old filed for annulment on the grounds of fraud.

Lawyers are chiming in, saying it’s a PR move and he’s got no chance proving fraud. However, the idea he MAY be granted the annulment may have the family quaking in their boots, explaining why they’ve spent the last month smearing and defaming Humphries with last-minute edits and planted tabloid scandals (anything, literally, to take heat of Kim Kardashian, even revealing Kourtney Kardashain’s pregnancy at only nine-weeks). A reader emailed me a tip with some information I found eyeopening. Reader Jen (THANKS for sending this over) said Geraldo Rivera made some interesting comments on Fox News, Thursday.

Annulment Because Kim Kardashian’s A Fraud

Kris Humphries is reportedly seeking an annulment because his estranged wife fraudulently entered the marriage. This afternoon, Slowphries’ rep confirmed to People.com that he would seek an annulment; thereby, legally, invalidating the marriage and negating the need for divorce. Among the legal grounds on which one can seek an annulment: forced consent, fraud, misrepresentation. The most obvious in the case of the sham marriage being fraud (like a few of you opined on my FB). Yeah, she married for money and attention and she clearly never intended to remain married. She’s unlikely to concede to an annulment, ‘unless she’s willing to agree that she defrauded him,’ according to random lawyer Scott Weston. Sources have been talking to People: ‘[Kris] is sensitive to marriage both emotionally and religiously. [He saw it as] symbolic [rather than financially-motivated]. He went into it in good faith and never expected things to turn out this way.’ Sidenote: Kardashian may think he’s the fraud. This week’s hilarious Star Magazine is starting gay rumours, with a handy guide to all the emasculating things Kardashian made him do that somehow made him like penis.

Sara Leal a.k.a ‘Latest,’ says she isn’t solely to blame for the marriage split of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. She’s probably right. Although, she doesn’t have to look so happy about it. Lacking the ‘Gurl, oh no you di-ent,’ gene that would wipe the s**t-eating grin off anyone else’s face before being interviewed by TMZ.com, Leal attempted a sad face and opined: ‘I was a bump in the road… they obviously had issues way before I came into the picture.’ Then, somewhere off camera, someone else made an ‘I came’ joke that was too quiet to hear.

Demi Moore And Husband Still In Counselling

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are still in counselling despite Moore’s statement on Thursday that the marriage was over and she intended to leave Kutcher for not sharing her marital values (those values include extramarital sex and threesomes). The split was announced last week. However, the pair met as recently as this weekend for counselling. Camping and buying cars didn’t work. So, why not keep on getting marriage couselling until the papers are actually filed? Speaking of which, it’s reported the meetings are overseen by their church and should smooth things over before Moore files papers. A source tells Us Weekly: ‘They seemed very somber.’ Adding that Moore’s mood has improved since deciding to leave: ‘When I saw her in early November, she was confident. She said she’d gotten to a self-loathing and vain place, but it was going to change. She’s telling friends that it gets easier every day. She’s very optimistic.’

Demi Moore’s Sad Face Covers People Magazine

People’s latest cover appears to be out 48-hours early, to allow the tabloid to get the jump on the rest of the weeklies. I skimmed the cover story on People.com and it’s unremarkable, so save your strang singles. It’s basically a copy pasta of reports from the last week, with a few new source accounts thrown into the mix. The cover reads: ‘Demi & Ashton Split… The Final Days, The Real Story: Their intense fights, a desperate last-ditch trip to save the marriage, how age, cheating and insecurity doomed them.’ So, yeah, it’s a copy pasta of stuff you’ve already read (they fought because of cheating, consensual extramarital sex, and threesomes). Sources claim: ‘The marriage ‘[had] been deteriorating for a long time. Ashton was ready to end it, [but] he wanted to wait for Demi to actually do it. He loved her but couldn’t live with her. [She] really wanted to save the marriage but couldn’t deal with the pain of his cheating… They were fed up with each other… If anyone was uncomfortable with the age difference, it was Demi, not Ashton. She drove him crazy after a while with questions and doubts.’
