Kevin Federline Show May Focus on Weight Loss

There have been rumours floating around in the last few days about Kevin Federline being given his own reality show. The reports were rather weak and no one seemed, until now, to have any idea what the show was even going to be about.

Federline is certainly not going to focus the show on his two sons with Britney Spears. Our beloved possum is off the Red Bull and seeing clearly. There is no way the singer is going to let her kids be dragged into that mess. Today a new rumour has surfaced, stating that weight loss could be the focus of the show.

This makes more sense than the children angle. This would actually be more interesting to watch too. Federline used to be a dancer and at one point he had a pretty promising career. He had been in music videos like “Get this Party Started” by Pink, “Like I Love you” by Justin Timberlake and the movie “You Got Served”. He also used to have a pretty lean physique.

There must be something in the water in Hollywood as he and Channing Tatum have both gotten a rather soft. Hard Ken Doll bods now look like they were made out of Play Dough.

There is no official number I can find on Federline’s weight gain. However, I think he gained about 50lbs of the weight Spears lost, when she went all sexified, at the start of her tour. Any more news comes out on this train wreck and I’m on it. I bet I laugh so hard the Bacon Lube comes shooting out of my nose, when they reveal the lame name to go with this show…

Madonna’s biceps have been on every blog, newspaper and magazine in the last day or so. I’ve been hiding under a rock, plotting and not writing about this sh*t… so rather than just post up the picture, the above is a labelled image explaining the anatomy of Madonna’s biceps and her upper-body composition.

The Daily Mail a.k.a. The Daily Fail are always the first to publish these stories. They should just make little fail babies with the National Enquirer and have done with it. How would the world ever go on, if one of them were to shut down.

The Fail posted the image of Madonna’s biceps and people were speculating whether the singer had taken her fitness regime too far. The British newspaper spoke with body composition specialist Martin MacDonald who works at Loughborough University and asked him to breakdown Madonna’s arms/biceps/muscles/veins. Here is what the man whose last name is making me want a burger had to say…

Madonna’s muscles are not particularly oversized compared with, say, an Olympic athlete, but what is unusual is how toned and well-defined they are. If she wanted to perform athletically, there would be a problem, as she has slight malnourishment issues. But body builders just have to have muscles that show, and a body builder is exactly what Madonna is.

Her veins are the same as her muscles. They are not really oversized, but they look much bigger because she’s so skinny. Whether veins are prominent can often be genetic, but Madonna obviously uses her arms a lot, as they look especially lean.

She has a well-developed cardio-vascular system, which includes not only her heart and lungs but her veins and arteries, too. Surprisingly, her chest doesn’t look gaunt. Sometimes, on people with low body fat, you can see the bones. If she’s eating a low-sugar, low-carb, no-oil macrobiotic diet, she is keeping her general body fat level very low.

In reality, not many people could look like this even if they wanted to, as most people can’t afford to spend two hours a day exercising or to employ a personal trainer. Depending how you view it, she’s either committed or obsessed. (via the Daily Mail)

I would say exercise is the lesser of many of the evils of Hollywood. At least she has her health and she works out at all. I’ll go with committed. With stars younger than her dropping left, right and centre, it’s no wonder she wants to feel her best.

Tori Spelling Shocking Weight Loss Pictures

Tori Spelling and her young family took a trip to Coogies in Malibu, California this past weekend. The actress and mother can be seen in these images looking shockingly thin. At this point, it’s only viable to use pictures of her front on. Maybe my eyesight is getting crappier, but I’m having trouble spotting her, whenever she turns to face sideways on.

Shakira Only Lasted a Month as a Vegetarian

Shakira has revealed that she has a deep and meaningful love of meat.

Clean that filthy mind, you. The singer, who is back with a new single and album after a hiatus that deprived fanboys of her jiggling, says she tried and failed to become a vegetarian.

“I lasted for one month,” she says. “I tried, I really tried. Yeah, I gave it a go. I was living in Spain on a farm, and someone gave me four chickens. I named them and they became very close to me. And then I couldn’t eat them.

“I was like ‘Okay, if I cannot eat these chickens because they actually have names and they are my friends, I am not going to be able to eat any chicken again. So I became a vegetarian. I didn’t last – but I did not eat those chickens. Those chickens survived.” (via Showbiz Spy)

Khloe Kardashian Tells Life&Style of Weightloss

The larger of the older three Kardashian sisters is still fighting and losing the battle of the hotness. Can someone please tell this girl there was nothing majorly wrong with her figure to start with. So, trimming down her tranny frame is only going to leave her with the sads and still languishing as the third hottest of her kin.

Sucks to be her and have to fight off rumours of a tuck job, but them’s the breaks. Pretty sure PNasty didn’t start those rumours based soley on her weight.

Kardashian, at 5’9″ claims, that she is now a size six after going up to a 10. She also says she lost twenty pounds in 28 days.

“People [even in more recent years] would come up to me and be like, ‘Oh, you’re the fat, funny one.’ I would wonder, is that who I am?  I’m now a size 6, but I’ve been up to a size 10 in the past .” (via Life&Style)

Mel B Reveals How She Got Her Amazing Figure

Mel B has spoken about how she keeps her astonishing figure, post multiple children.

The former Spice Girls singer has said on several occasions that she loves the gym and that her arse headed straight there, after she became a mother. But, there have been whispers as to how a formerly quite svelte star has beefed up quite so much.

Mel B has told the UK’s Grazia magazine that rather than become a closet roid vag, sexy times are the key to her insane physique.

“I’m honestly not body-obsessed – I can’t be with three kids and a husband. My husband likes my muscles, but then he’s seen me every which way over the past eight years – including when I put on 42lbs after my last pregnancy and he always loves my body. In fact, on top of all my exercise, I have sex with him five times a day – maybe that has something to do with it. I have to admit, I’m a nymphomaniac with him. It’s sexercise! ” (via Grazia magazine)
