Just as Parasite pulled up her panties and helped to nearly stop the spread of venereal disease in its tracks, two old wh*res got back together and put public health at risk once again.

Holly, 30, has been secretly seeing Criss again ever since she moved to Sin City earlier this summer to replace Mel B and Kelly Monaco as the new star of the topless revue Peepshow at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Criss is also a popular performer in town. (via Pop Crunch)

“Holly still had feelings for Criss, so around mid-June she gave him a call,” says a Star source. “She was thrilled when he asked to meet for drinks. They’ve seen each other a few times since!”

Hankies at the ready. Your no no places are going to be crying stinky tears over this one. The fauxmance of a lifetime has broken down. Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey split and are now free to bump uglies with other z listers.

“They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another,” Minnillo’s rep tells Us. Adds a source: “It was an amicable break-up. They walk away from it still friends.” (via Us Weekly)

Chris Brown, who is still in legal limbo, over the accusations that he beat his former lover to a bloody pulp, is reportedly dating a new girl named Erica Jackson.

Jackson, who is studying at the University of William and Mary, dated Brown when they were younger. According to the NY Daily News, “[Chris and Erica] met in Virginia, where he’s from,” a source close to the singer says.

“They dated back in the day and reconnected a few weeks ago when Chris was in town. They’ve been spending a lot of time together, but things only really heated up over the last two weeks.”

Brown and Jackson were spotted leaving a tattoo parlor on Saturday afternoon. Hopefully, they got tacky matching tattoos to add fuel to the rumour mill fire.

The ONTD commenters were ripping this girl a new one, over the weekend, and calling her a “Plain Jane”. She was also mocked for her looks and heavy use of make up. Well, I cannot really tell under those giant sunnies, but she looks kind of pretty to me.

So, Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker have called it quits. These two are so effing ridiculous it makes my head hurt. They have given up on each other more often than I have given up on staying medicated. Where once they appeared as solid as any nutty, improbably Hollywood couple, they now are both single.

The pair have been on a roller coaster in their relationship for as long as I can remember. If they were not posing for the cameras together on their old reality show, Meet The Barkers, they were ripping each other new Aholes on their respective social networks.

…speaking of which, Moakler, like any respectable adult and mother of three would, went and retaliated against infidelity rumours on her Twitter, and she also wrote about the situation on her official MySpace blog.

“Just so there is no confusion or ‘source’ to attack my character, I am saying my side,”

The former model writes. “Travis and I were very much together in September when the horrific [jet crash] happened. Not only did I fly to Georgia, I stayed by his side the entire stay and also for the bus ride home to L.A. I think any human being with a heart … would do the same.”

In response to rumours that she banged Gerard Butler, Moakler said, “I came across numerous romantic emails with MANY other woman – some famous, some I personally knew – all heart breaking… It was a painful time that no one, unless they had lived it, has the right to judge. Any actions I may or may have not done after this time mean nothing.”
