Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California USA, may be compelled to pay back the money the pageant paid for her breast augmentation.
The Miss California pageant are sick of all the legal hassles being caused by Prejean, and are getting their own back. The production company behind the pageant has filed a complaint against Prejean asking for several things, including the $5,200 the pageant fronted her for her boob job.
It’s rather nice of them to only ask for the money back, and not be trashy and ask for the actual implants. According to this, she didn’t pay for the operation herself, and as such she doesn’t really own them. Well, they are kind of hard to return, but maybe that would be better than finally stumping up the money for her inflated mammaries.
In addition to asking for their money back, they are also asking to strike from Prejean’s lawsuit the part about them screwing up her career. This is after she alleged they sabotaged her, by staging malicious leaks to the media.

“We are saddened by the necessity to file a counter-claim today against Carrie Prejean. We are continuing to prepare for our upcoming telecast of the Miss California USA pageant on November 22nd , but the integrity of the Miss California USA organization and the values it represents requires us to respond and present the truth. Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organization.” (via a statement emailed in to the site, e-signed by Keith Lewis, Executive Director of Miss California USA)
