Brittany Murphy left her entire estate to her mother, not to her husband. This will not come as a shock to anyone who has been reading about Monjack’s bad reputation when it comes to money. It will come as a shock to anyone who believes in the sanctity of a golddigging marriage. I’ll be damned if I sit here and watch a perfectly good golddigger go down in flames, just because Murphy had the amazing forethought and fortitude of mind to not leave Monjack a dime.
Sources tell TMZ that years before Murphy was married she wrote a handwritten will, leaving everything to her mother. This will was stored in her manager’s safe. After the marriage, Monjack explains to TMZ, Murphy wrote a formal will and a trust. All assets in this new will went to her mother. This was no accident…
[Monjack tells TMZ], at his request, the will specifically says, “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will.”
He’s got this whole golddigging thing back-assward if you ask me. But, whatever.

Well the way I see it, she obviously had a good reason for doing what she did, and in the end, it is her money, so she had the right to do with it what ever she wanted. Maybe it was a wise choice. Anyway, she earned that money, so he never had any right to it.
