Britney Spears is in the midst of that court case she tried to make go away so she wouldn’t have to explain why she’s fit for live television but not fit for court. On day one, her former manager accused her of having been hooked on crystal meth and speed (methamphetamines) then called her too fat for the 2007 VMAs at which she butchered Gimme More. The next day, her own parents’ lawyers admitted that the singer WAS taking illegal drugs which was kind of like having Lindsay Lohan’s lawyers admit the same thing this week. And now the guy who’s accused of giving her the drugs, so she’d be easier to manipulate, is all ‘Nah, I wasn’t her dealer.’ Sam Lutfi took the stand Tuesday and insisted: ‘I never gave Britney Spears any drugs.’ But he did use the paparazzi for valet service. At the singer’s behest: ‘I would make rules with the press photographers and would tell them where we were going so they would save her a parking place.’
