The latest news from the Britney Spears Circus tour is as shocking as the star’s frequent and not particularly eloquent rants down her microphone that her various body parts are hanging out, or that she is “thrilled” to be performing in various towns she seems not to know the names of.
The Circus tour is actually one of the highest grossing and most-hyped of all time, according to the show’s producers AEG Live/ Concerts West, who frankly ought to know what they are talking about.
Its president, John Meglen, said, “It is one of the biggest and best-selling tours of the decade. Response and reaction has been phenomenal worldwide, and this weekend date at MGM is the highest ticket-selling gross so far.”
European fans cannot wait for her to get there, and in many, many venues, the tickets have been sold out instantly, and we’ve had to juggle dates to add more shows to meet the demand.” He continued.
