1. I think I’ll amend that to Ivanka. KK wouldn’t bother w/something like that. Good ol’ lipo is probably her route.
2. AHA! I should’ve known. Americans rarely use “spunk” for that particular meaning. KP is appropriate, for sure, since everyone hates her; and she’s a total scazwag that would flaunt something like that. I’d like to think Sienna Miller as I cannot stand her…but it’s probably KP.

I think #1 may be Nicky, or perhaps Pauls revised guess of Ivanka. #3 Sounds tragically like Jessica, so probably yes!
