Blake Lively of Gossip Girl was the host of this week’s Saturday Night Live.
The actress was joined on the show by Rihanna, who was the musical guest for December 5, 2009. The two were the only things that didn’t sink on this week’s shipment of fail. The show and its many, many unfunny skits are currently being wheeled out of Twitter jail on gurneys after being beaten up in the showers.
The show was focused on Tiger Woods and several other pieces of observational comedy that didn’t require much observation. I gather the Tiger Woods skit was a bucket of fail that had to be tossed like bad cheese. The skits, all of which’ll be posted later, were aaaiiiight. However, SNL should have dispensed with attempts at humour for a week and just had people stand and stare at Lively for the whole hour. WAY more entertaining, WAY more viewers, and way less of TEH SUCK.
