Beyonce ‘Ego’ video released, yep another Beyonce video in b&w (below).
“My goal for [the Ego] video is simplicity,” 27-year-old Beyonce singer told EW. “In ‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)’, I saw this old tape of Bob Fosse’s wife, and I used that as inspiration. I thought in this world, with all the technology and everything that’s going on, to strip everything down—great idea. So I kind of did the same thing, but glossy and black, for ‘Ego’.”
Beyonce released the ‘Ego’ music video and it is somewhat impressive. I like the fierce, very large hair and I am loving the dancing. This music video has a similar basic set up to ‘Single Ladies’, as in Beyonce and two dancers are on a quite simple background and are writhing around, bathed all in black and white.
It was original when she did it in ‘Single Ladies’, it was original when she did the same thing again for ‘Diva’ and now she is doing it for a third time there is nothing damn stale and “so boring it could drive me to drink” about watching this. Nope. Nothing.

Really? I love the video. I think B can do whatever she wants and I think it’s great when artists keep it basic. I do really love the song, though, and that’s probably making me biased.

This woman makes me crazy – I love to hate her, yet I cannot get ((single ladies) out of my head the minute it is mentioned.

not sure what i’;m more tired of…the black and white or the repetitive dancing. song doesn’t suck, though…not saying i like it or anything, but i’ve heard way worse
It’s okay, right. It’s just a little much. Even the crowd at Necole Bitchie were falling asleep watching it and they really like her!
i like that song but the video was boring. i think she could have made a better video then this. also i think the dancing was a bit too much.
