Video posted to YouTube, a tribute to Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand.
Angelina Jolie released a video tribute to her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand. The French actress, 57, lost her battle with breast cancer January 27, 2007. She’s a woman who Jolie had difficulty discussing without crying at a press conference in 2008, and a woman after whom she middle-named her youngest daughter, one of her little twins, Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt.
[Jolie speaking at a 2008 Changeling press conference] “Her name was Marcheline, but we used to call her Marshmallow, as a joke, because she was just the softest, most gentle woman in the world,” Angie explained. “She was really sweet and was never angry, she couldn’t swear to save her life. But when it came to her kids, she was really fierce and so this (film) is very much her, her story [...] She was the woman I related to, who had that elegance and strength for knowing what was right.” [Pop Crunch]
To Mom with Love: James and Angelina, was originally shot during a 1981 family vacation to Hawaii and commemorates three years since Bertrand’s passing.

What a beautiful tribute to your Mother. I hope I can give my kids wonderful memories also. Angelina and James both look like their gorgeous Mother. Marcheline , and the Jolie-Pitts are in my prayers. It is so hard losing the ones we love!
