<description>Well I guess it is all over bar the shouting, only being a legal resident not a citizen I couldn&#039;t vote. But I would&#039;ve voted for Obama if I could&#039;ve.

		<description>LOLOLOL - BRILLIANT!!

Trust me, being over here is a freakin&#039; circus - we could not bear to watch the primaries, there was enough bedlam going on in our personal lives without watching the mudslinging during the primaries.

However, once settled across the country, we got heavily involved - and as you well know over there, this really is the most historical election in the United States.

BUT, my darling Amy, we are all so glad it is over, it is just a few more hours before we will know if we are going to make it out of this mess or be dragged further in.

Hopefully for the United States and the rest of the world, Obama will win. As nervewracking as the wait is, T. and I are going to put on our p.j.&#039;s, stagger upstairs, and watch a recorded television show instead of obsessing on the exit polls.

When we wake up tomorrow with our new President, you will have TONS of celebrity dish to work with, as the celebrities will go back to being their silly selves, and we can all enjoy your fabulously scathing take on their nonsense.

Although I do not think Sarah Palin is going to go lightly into the night, so hopefully you and Tina Fey will get to continue gakking on Her Royal Idiocy.

However, I come with some breaking celebrity voting news just for you, angel - - :)

- -
Actor Tim Robbins went to vote today, at the same place he&#039;s been voting for over a decade, and they said his name &quot;was not on the voting register&quot;.
He got into a rather loud argument with the election volunteers, and someone called the cops. He had to calm down, then had to go see a judge at the city board of elections to get paper documentation to prove that he was &quot;good to vote&quot;.

(You can find the whole story on the Huffington Post, under entertainment).

This was happening to approximately 6 voters per hour all day, all over the country. It is still pretty tense right now.

That is why we are turning it all off. Pure exhaustion.

Okay, off to our big comfy bed to maybe watch a really bad episode of CSI: MIami - lol. THEN we will turn on the news and see what the next four years will bring for all of us.

Cheers!
