Amy Winehouse always had a limited wardrobe. She was spotted performing at V Festival 2009 wearing the same shirt as she wore to V Festival in 2008.
Same beehive, but sans the hidden crack. Same check and pattern shirt, sans the vomit stains. Not the same singer by any means. The star was considered to have made a triumphant return to the stage for the indie festival. She was nothing resembling the cracked out mess she was before she kicked the worst of her drug habit. What a difference a year and a trip to sunnier climates can make. Here’s hoping she stays this healthy for the foreseeable future.

It’s amazing to me that she was ever allowed to go near the stage in that state, she was half dead and should have been in rehab, not on stage. Her minders should be ashamed.
Shame. She’s one of the stars I really wish would pull themselves together (and stay together). She is such a talent.
Agreed, she can be really good when she keeps herself together. She seems to lack the will to do so though.

I think it was totally deliberate. Though the irony of her living in the same extensions and same tatty ballet slippers for the last two years has escaped no one. It makes a statement and she is almost back to her old self. Good for her.
When you spend all your money on crack, I guess you cut back on the clothes shopping.

i always thought she was hot when she was “fat” when she first started off.
As long as she looks less Dawn of the Deady it’s fine with me, i love her.
I remember clearly people making fun of her weight on the red carpet at one particular event and she was totally the talented “fatty”. She was a striking girl, but that just shows the real damage drugs can do.
i love a little junk in the trunk, she looked fine to me.
I notice that no one makes fun of Adele and she’s bigger than Amy was, i guess they don’t want another crack head walking around.
