I’m starting to lose track of the number of times Amanda Bynes has swiped or rear-ended someone else’s car, claimed not to have noticed the dings in the front of her own car, then left the scene of the crime before she could be questioned by police who would have just looked at the same damage and said ‘Meh, that’ll buff right out.’ According to TMZ.com, prosecutors reopened one of Bynes’ old hit-and-run cases. Which means little except the police will finally have to do some work and there’s another opportunity for Bynes to play dumb and get away with it again. Bynes nearly got away with her alleged crime from April this year, because there were no independent witnesses. However, Bynes was accused of the same thing August 4 which goes toward the veracity of the earlier case.
