Alicia Keys performing a concert streamed live on YouTube December 1, 2009.
Alicia Keys is to follow in the footsteps of U2 and perform a concert streamed live on YouTube. In October, YouTube streamed a live U2 concert watched by approximately 10 million people across seven continents.
Alicia Keys is promoting her own live concert. The Alicia Keys live concert will be taking place December 1, 2009 at 8pm ET. It’ll be at the Nokia Theatre in New York City, and aims to draw attention to World AIDS Day. It’s not certain, but there will probably be pre/ post-roll, or overlay adverts throughout the stream encouraging people to donate to the singer’s chosen charity, Keep a Child Alive.

I love Alicia, so you know if I cna find a way to be around a comp while this is going on, I’ll be there with bells on! (scary picture, huh? lol)
This should be good – thank heavens for artists like her with talent who are actually worth watching.
